What’s Included:

The Paddle: A boating session for 4 people on our stunning lake.

The Putt: A full round of Adventure Golf for 4 people.

Your Itinerary:

To keep things moving smoothly, this pass works on a specific schedule. Please ensure your group can meet these times before booking:

• 10:30 AM – 12:30 PM: Paddle Head to the Boat Dock at the Mill end of the park. You must check in here during this window to claim your boating session.
• 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM: Putt Visit the Adventure Golf course at the Abbey end of the park. You can drop in for your round of golf anytime within this window!

Need to Know:

• Pre-Booking Only: This offer is exclusive to online bookings and will not be available at the gate.
• Bring Your Proof: You must present your booking confirmation (on your phone or printed) at both the Boat Dock and the Golf kiosk.
• Parking: You can park at either the Mill or Abbey end. Please note that the Boat Dock and Golf course are at opposite ends of the park, so leave yourself about 15 minutes to enjoy the walk between the two!
• Weather: Boating is weather-dependent. If we can’t get you on the water for safety reasons, we’ll do our best to look after you.

Terms & Conditions

• Validity: Valid only for the date booked: 23rd, 24th, or 25th May 2026.
• Group Size: Each pass is valid for exactly 4 people. At least one person in the group must be an adult (18+).
• Booking: Available via pre-booking only. No walk-up sales.
• Boating (Paddle): Check-in at the Boat Dock (Mill end) is strictly between 10:30 AM and 12:30 PM. 
• Children are strictly not permitted on the boating lake without an adult present in the boat.
• Golf (Putt): Adventure Golf (Abbey end) is available between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM.
• Required Documentation: You must bring your booking confirmation with you to gain entry to both activities, either printed or digital. 
• Locations: Please note the Boat Dock is at the Mill end and the Golf is at the Abbey end. Allow time to travel between the two.
• Weather & Safety: Activities are subject to weather conditions. Management reserves the right to cancel sessions for operational reasons, weather conditions, or safety (e.g., high winds); in such cases, an alternative date or refund or partial refund may be offered.
• Refunds: The £15 pass is non-refundable and non-transferable.
