Traditional roast topside of beef, yorkshire pudding and horseradish sauce, roast potatoes and pomme puree / Seared salmon fillet and crushed new potatoes, with a caper and lemon butter sauce / Creamy mushroom risotto with dressed leaves and a balsamic glaze.  All mains served with a selection of freshly prepared vegetables.

DESSERT

Warm sticky toffee pudding, with toffee sauce and vanilla ice cream / Dark chocolate truffle torte, with a compote of berries / Glazed lemon tart, with raspberry sorbet
